Master Your Journey is a transformational training system that combines ultra-slow physical excersises with guided mind tracks for complete body activation and mental clarity.
No. Master Your Journey is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. You can start exactly where you are.
It focuses on mastering ultra-slow, high-control movements combined with mental clarity practices. Only two exercises each program, full-body activation, deep internal transformation.
Training Sessions in Master Your Journey are timed. Beginners usually train around 30 minutes per Week (all the Sessions included), while advanced Journeyers train up to  60 minutes, depending on their strength, focus and endurance.
A: You only need a mat and a small quiet space to practice.
Always consult with your doctor. However, the ultra-slow method is often gentler and can be adapted for many situations.
You receive a masterclass video, monthly updated training modules, guided mind tracks, and access to the Master Your Journey community.
Everything is available through our online portal, so you can access it anytime, anywhere.
