1. Services & Booking
- Sessions, workshops, retreats, or programs can be booked online at www.masteryourjourney.online or via email.
- All services are personal and non-transferable.
- Individual bookings and programs may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start.
After that, the full participation fee will be charged.
2. Availability & Changes
- Master Your Journey behält sich das Recht vor, Inhalte, Zeiten oder Coaches kurzfristig zu ändern.
3. Liability (Digital Products)
- Participation in all services is at your own risk.
- Master Your Journey accepts no liability for health-related, emotional, or other consequences,
unless caused by gross negligence. - No liability is assumed for the loss of valuables or improper use of services.
- Refunds of the participation fee are excluded. By completing the purchase, the participant expressly waives any right of withdrawal.
3a. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (Physical Products)
- Customers residing in the European Union (EU) have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are received. Returns must be made at the customer’s expense. Refunds are only issued after receipt and inspection of unused goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened, used, or soiled goods, or to personalized products.¨
- Customers residing in Switzerland or outside the EU do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Returns or refunds are excluded unless the goods are proven to be defective or incorrect goods have been delivered.
- In the event of defects or incorrect deliveries, we reserve the right to either provide a replacement or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

All personal data is treated confidentially and used solely for booking purposes.

5. Jurisdiction & Law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
For consumers from Germany or Austria, the respective consumer protection regulations also apply.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
6. Notice on Healing Practices
Our services do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
They are intended for personal development and energetic support.
7. Rights of use & access data
With the purchase of a program or membership, the buyer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal use of the content. Passing on the content or access data to third parties is expressly prohibited. Access to our online area (including videos, audios, downloads, sessions or live content) is personal and may not be shared or used jointly with other persons – either free of charge or for a fee.
In the event of misuse (e.g. multiple logins using different IP addresses or devices outside the agreed scope), we reserve the right to block access immediately. For team, family or group solutions, an individual license agreement can be made on request.
